1. Before assignment
A customer may cancel an open task before accepting an offer. No payment should be captured for an unassigned task.
2. After assignment
Participants should first record the reason and attempt a reasonable resolution. If funded money is held, it remains protected until the applicable rule or dispute decision determines release or refund.
3. After completion
A completed task is normally payable to the Tasker. Claims involving non-delivery, serious scope failure, fraud or safety may enter dispute review subject to evidence and time limits.
4. Fees and partial outcomes
Provider charges, materials, completed milestones and non-recoverable costs may affect the final amount. Any cancellation fee or partial refund must be disclosed before production launch.
5. Sandbox limitation
The local build simulates funding, release and refund ledger states. It does not move real money. Final timelines and chargeback rules depend on the selected payment provider and launch country.
6. Requesting help
Use the support form and include the task reference. Do not include card numbers or OTP codes.
