1. Eligibility and accounts
Users must have legal capacity to enter contracts in their country, provide accurate details, protect account access, and use only one authentic identity. Additional age or category restrictions may apply.
2. Marketplace role
Kaamza provides technology for customers and independent service professionals to find, agree and manage work. Unless expressly stated for a category, Kaamza is not the service provider or employer.
3. Tasks, offers and assignment
Customers must describe lawful work accurately. Taskers must make truthful offers and disclose relevant assumptions. Assignment records the selected offer and creates obligations between the participants.
4. Payments
Production payments will be processed by an approved provider under country-specific rules. The current local build uses sandbox records only and does not accept real money. Fees and release conditions must be shown before payment.
5. Conduct and content
Fraud, harassment, discrimination, unsafe work, illegal services, impersonation, review manipulation, malicious code, spam and attempts to bypass safety controls are prohibited.
6. Cancellation, disputes and reviews
Cancellations and refunds follow the published policy. Participants must cooperate with evidence requests. Reviews must reflect genuine completed interactions and may be moderated for policy violations.
7. Suspension and liability
Accounts or content may be restricted to protect users, investigate risk or meet legal duties. Liability limits, consumer protections, governing law and dispute forum must be localised and approved by counsel before launch.
