1. Independent service provider
A Tasker chooses whether to offer, controls how lawful work is performed, and is not a Kaamza employee solely by using the marketplace. Local worker-classification law may override labels.
2. Accurate profile and verification
Taskers must provide truthful identity, skills, qualifications, insurance and availability information and keep time-sensitive credentials current.
3. Service obligations
After assignment, a Tasker must communicate promptly, follow the agreed scope, use appropriate care, comply with safety and legal requirements, and report material changes.
4. Fees and payouts
All fees, taxes, payment timing, holds and payout conditions must be shown before acceptance. The local sandbox has no real payout. Production terms will depend on the chosen provider and jurisdiction.
5. Taxes, licences and insurance
Taskers are responsible for determining applicable registration, tax, licence, permit and insurance duties unless local law requires another arrangement.
6. Prohibited behaviour
Fraud, unsafe work, hidden subcontracting where prohibited, harassment, review manipulation, off-platform evasion and misuse of customer data may result in restriction or suspension.
7. Complaints and termination
Taskers must cooperate with legitimate complaints and evidence requests. Either side may end marketplace use subject to outstanding tasks, payments, disputes and record-retention duties.
