1. Information we collect
Kaamza may collect account details, profile information, task and offer data, messages, support requests, identity verification material, transaction records, device and security logs, and approximate or task-related location information.
2. Why we use it
We use information to operate accounts, match tasks and professionals, secure the marketplace, process authorised transactions, resolve disputes, provide support, improve service quality, and comply with applicable law.
3. Identity and sensitive data
Identity details and documents are restricted, encrypted at rest by the application, and available only to authorised reviewers. A verification result may appear publicly, but the underlying document and ID number do not.
4. Sharing
Information may be shared with the other party to an assigned task where necessary, with approved payment, infrastructure, verification, analytics or support providers, and with authorities when legally required. Kaamza does not sell identity documents.
5. Retention and security
Records are retained only as long as required for operations, fraud prevention, disputes, tax, accounting or legal duties. Access controls, audit logs and encryption reduce risk, but no service can promise absolute security.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, restriction or deletion. Some transaction, safety and legal records may need to be retained.
7. Contact
Use the support form for privacy questions. A country-specific controller address and privacy contact must be published before launch.
