Describe tasks, skills, availability, pricing, identity and experience honestly. Do not impersonate another person or manipulate reviews.
Be respectful
Harassment, threats, hate, discrimination, sexual exploitation and abusive communication are not allowed.
Keep work lawful and safe
Do not request or perform illegal, dangerous or regulated work without required qualifications. Stop and report a situation that creates immediate risk.
Protect privacy
Do not publish private addresses, identity documents, payment details, passwords or another person’s confidential information.
Keep the record clear
Use task states and participant messaging for material agreements. Do not pressure others to bypass platform safety, payment or dispute controls.
Enforcement
Kaamza may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, preserve evidence and report matters where necessary. Decisions should be proportionate, documented and appealable where appropriate.
